Meet Helna Thomas, Registered Physiotherapist

Helna Thomas is a Registered Physiotherapist with training in dry needling/acupuncture, soft tissue manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation. Her approach focuses on individualized care, patient education, and helping people recover confidently for the long term.
