RISE NEXT GEN: Youth Athletic Development Program

Build Stronger, Faster, More Confident Athletes — The Right Way

Give your athlete a structured, professionally coached program designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build confidence during the most important years of development.

RISE Next Gen Performance is a youth athletic development program for athletes ages U11–U15, focused on long-term growth—not shortcuts, burnout, or overtraining.


Program Details & Pricing

Training Options

  • 2x per week: $25 per session 
  • 1x per week: $30 per session 
  • Flexible 8-Pack: $32 per session
    (Use sessions around your schedule) 


Schedule

  • Monday: 5:00–6:00 PM 
  • Tuesday: 6:00–7:00 PM 
  • Wednesday: 5:00–6:00 PM 
  • Thursday: 6:00–7:00 PM 
  • Saturday: 10:00–11:00 AM 

Starting April 2026
(Structured 8-week training blocks)

-Additional sessions times will be added throughout the spring 

-Mid Day and Morning sessions will be added in the summer. 


What This Program Builds

Measured Progress — Not Guesswork

We believe improvement should be visible and measurable.

Each athlete:

  • Completes baseline performance testing 
  • Has results tracked in our training app 
  • Is re-tested at key checkpoints 
  • Receives individualized at-home programming (2x/week guidance) 

Parents can clearly see improvements in:

  • Jump height and power 
  • Speed and agility 
  • Conditioning capacity 
  • Strength and coordination 

This creates real accountability—and real results.


How the Program Works

Training is delivered in structured phases, each building on the last:

Phase 1 – Movement & Foundation
Mechanics, coordination, mobility, and control

Phase 2 – Strength Development
Foundational strength, single-leg stability, force production

Phase 3 – Power & Speed Transfer
Explosive training, jumping, acceleration, agility

Phase 4 – Conditioning & Competition Prep
Endurance, repeat effort, and game-ready performance


Beyond Training: Building Better Habits

Athletes also receive simple, practical nutrition guidance:

  • Hydration habits 
  • Protein, carbs, fats, and fiber basics 
  • Reducing excess sugar 
  • Nutrients important for growth 

These are reinforced during sessions—often landing better from a coach than at home.
