RISE offers golf performance and longevity workshops designed to help golfers understand how their body affects their swing, distance, pain, and long-term performance. Workshops can be hosted at RISE, Burloak Indoor Golf, or brought directly to your facility or course upon request.

What to expect
These are intimate workshops with few people. There will be presenting, assessments, and exercises. Sit and soak it in or get interactive as you feel comfortable. 


Duration
We will aim for 60 minutes for each workshop and have some extra time a the end for a question period and interaction.
