
The RISE Small Group Performance Program is designed for golfers who want to improve their game, build strength, move better, and train in a supportive environment.
Each participant follows a customized program based on a golf movement assessment, TPI screen, and strength and power testing. This allows us to build a plan that fits your body, your goals, and the demands of your golf swing.
You get the structure of a personalized training program with the coaching, accountability, and energy of a small group setting.
This is not a bootcamp, generic fitness class, or random workout of the day.
Every program starts with an assessment so we can identify how you move, where you are limited, and what needs to improve. From there, we build a clear plan focused on mobility, strength, power, and better movement.
The goal is simple: help you move better, hit the ball farther, reduce compensation, and feel better on and off the course.
Whether your goal is to keep up with your group, gain distance, improve consistency, compete at a higher level, or simply feel better playing golf, Small Group Performance gives you a clear path forward.
