Looking for the personalization of one-on-one golf training with the motivation and energy of a small group?
This program is perfect for any golfer looking to take their game—and their fitness—to the next level in a friendly and supportive environment.

At RISE Rehabilitation & Performance Centre, our Small Group Performance Program blends individualized golf fitness programming with expert supervision, accountability, and community. Each athlete follows a custom plan designed from our Golf Movement Assessments and Strength and Power testing to improve mobility, power, and consistency in their swing.

Here’s What You Can Expect

  • Customized Training Plans: Every participant completes a TPI screen to design a program that fits your body and your golf swing.
     
  • Expert Coaching: Small-group sessions (max 4:1 ratio) provide personalized guidance and real-time coaching every time you train.
     
  • A Clear Path to Results: Build a foundation to move better, hit the ball farther, and enjoy your time on the course with a plan that’s easy to follow.
     
  • Exceptional Value: Professional-level golf fitness training starting at just $240/month (only $30 per supervised session on average), with unlimited access to the facility for independent workouts.
     
  • Flexible Schedule: Choose from multiple supervised time slots each week to fit your routine.
     
  • Accountability & Progress: Regular testing and progress check-ins ensure your program evolves as you do.

RISE’s performance facility includes:

  • Private treatment rooms for injury prevention and recovery
