What It Is:

Personalized Golf Performance Training in a Small Group Setting

The RISE Small Group Performance Program is designed for golfers who want to improve their game, build strength, move better, and train in a supportive environment.

Each participant follows a customized program based on a golf movement assessment, TPI screen, and strength and power testing. This allows us to build a plan that fits your body, your goals, and the demands of your golf swing.

You get the structure of a personalized training program with the coaching, accountability, and energy of a small group setting.
 

Not a Bootcamp

Structured Training. Not Random Workouts.

This is not a bootcamp, generic fitness class, or random workout of the day.

Every program starts with an assessment so we can identify how you move, where you are limited, and what needs to improve. From there, we build a clear plan focused on mobility, strength, power, and better movement.

The goal is simple: help you move better, hit the ball farther, reduce compensation, and feel better on and off the course.

How It Works

How Small Group Performance Works

Your program begins with a golf movement assessment, TPI screen, and strength and power testing. This helps us understand your current movement, strength, limitations, and performance goals.

From there, you receive a customized training plan and complete it in a small group setting with expert coaching and real-time feedback.

The program includes:

  • Customized training plan based on your assessment 
  • Small-group coaching with a maximum 4:1 ratio 
  • Mobility, strength, and power development 
  • Regular testing and progress check-ins 
  • Multiple supervised training times each week 
  • Unlimited facility access for independent workouts 
  • Professional-level golf fitness training starting at $240/month
